- Effective July 1, 2011, the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign campus will be using the Tracker Electronic I-9 system for all HRFE transactions started on or after 7/1/11. Any "scanned" I-9 forms attached to these transactions will be removed, if attached to a HRFE transaction which is started 7/1 or after. Instead, any Original paper I-9s you already have needing to be sent to AHR should be imported into Tracker first, and then sent to AHR.
