Matrix Teams

Matrix Teams provide direct customer service to units for classification reviews and civil service hiring referrals, in addition managing all vacancy and appointment change workflows, posting of all positions to jobs.illinois.edu and provide primary contact points for HR services to the units served by the Matrix team.
